We are located five minutes from downtown Leesburg in the village of Paeonian Springs just feet from the W&OD bike trail. The closest Vineyard Firefly is 30 minutes up the street We are less than 20 minutes from all of the areas breweries wineries farm to table restaurants and 25 minutes from historic Harpers Ferry

You can arrive by bicycle since we are next to the W&OD Trail Pretty much any vehicle will fit in the parking lot

Steep steps up to the apartment. loft style bedroom, low headroom at edged of room. In a Business area close to highway. there are animals, bugs, and prone to brown marmorated stink bug in the early fall season.
