-The water supply is sourced from a new well; if you're staying for an extended period, please let us know if the water pressure drops so we can promptly address it by changing the water filter.
-Given our rural location near the woods, encounters with animals and bugs, including ladybugs and brown marmorated stink bugs, are possible depending on the season.
-Although we strive to provide amenities like internet, electricity, TV, and well-maintained roads, we cannot guarantee their availability in the event of provider issues, inclement weather, etc.
-Reservations must accurately reflect the number of guests, including pets.
-Please be aware that the staircase leading to the bedroom is narrow and steep.
-The water at the cottage may have a slight sulfury smell due to natural mountain minerals.
