Nestled on a hillside overlooking the tributary to the Potomac this glammed out cottage has everything you need for a romantic getaway. Immersed just outside the tall glass walls is a private deck overlooking a forest for miles. Keep an eye out for wildlife, you might get lucky and see a couple of bald eagles on your visit. Enjoy indoor or outdoor shower. The treehouse is completely private and equipped with wifi, kitchen, king bed fire pit nearby and more. Looking forward to your stay!

This is 5-Star live-able art, was built from years of reclaimed lumber and timber raised and cut on the property and constructed to be private. Your only complaint will be having to go home the next day :).

Enjoy the back porch that overlooks the creek, or start a fire in the fire pit next to treehouse cottage. *You are welcome to burn anything from the woods, but we do recommend bringing firewood for the firepit
Stroll along nearby trails that lead to streams and small waterfalls.

So that our cleaning staff can dedicate time to washing every piece of linen and sanitizing all surfaces we ask that you remove all trash and a few other things upon departing to help us stay safe as well.

The entire cottage, driveway and fire pit area are exclusive to this property for our guest to enjoy

We believe our guest should have 100% privacy for there complete stay and only stop by if you would like to meet or need us.

Just 15 minutes to Lovettsville and 20 minutes to either Leesburg or Purcellville.you will not have to go far to find wineries and breweries we have a very good list of everything from 5 minutes to 25 minutes. even if coming on a weekday you can explore so many.

We definitely recommend that you bring a car. You’re also welcome to ride your own bikes and ride on the gravel road

Steep steps and loft style bedroom. The driveway can be difficult if more than 1 vehicle. Near the woods, there are animals, bugs, and prone to brown marmorated stink bug in the early fall season.
Interne, Electricity, Tv, Road Conditions, Snow, Ice ect cannot be guaranteed if there is a problem with the provider. The reservation must match the amount of guest at any time.
